In these works, I give form to the restless energy of living with mental health challenges, neurodiversity, and the realities of invisible disabilities and chronic illness. Layered textures and materials express the constant interplay between internal emotions and physical sensations. By making the invisible visible, I aim to reduce ableism, stigma and create space for honest conversations about mental well-being and the full spectrum of lived experience.
